XP Revise is a gamified revision platform for A Level and BTEC students in the United Kingdom. It provides revision content, quizzes, and progress tracking mapped to the following qualifications:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of any significant changes.
To access most features of XP Revise, you must create an account by signing in with a Google account. By doing so, you confirm that:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. XP Revise is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Each Google account may only be associated with one XP Revise account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage on leaderboards is prohibited.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Cheating: Any attempt to artificially inflate XP scores or manipulate leaderboard positions will result in immediate account suspension.
All content on XP Revise - including but not limited to revision notes, quiz questions, skill path structures, graphics, logos, and the XP Revise name and mark - is the intellectual property of XP Revise and is protected by copyright.
You may use the content solely for your own personal, non-commercial revision purposes. You may not:
Exam specification content is owned by the respective awarding bodies (WJEC/Eduqas, Pearson/BTEC, AQA). Our revision materials are independently created and are not affiliated with or endorsed by those awarding bodies.
XP Revise offers free access to a portion of content for each subject. Free access is provided as-is without any guarantee of continued availability.
Where a premium subscription is offered, the following terms apply:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription. If you have begun using premium content within this period, a proportional deduction may apply.
XP Revise revision content is designed to support your studies but is not a substitute for your school or college course materials, your teacher's guidance, or past paper practice from the official awarding bodies.
We make no guarantee that use of the Service will result in improved examination grades. Exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond the scope of any revision platform.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XP Revise shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, without prior notice.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@xprevise.co.uk. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.
